Our client, a global renewable energy company, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a 6-month contract assignment in Gilbert, AZ.

\n

\n

• Prepare, manage, and track legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

\n

• Coordinate board materials, governance documentation, and executive presentations

\n

• Maintain legal records, databases, and executed agreements with strict confidentiality

\n

• Assist with SEC filings, corporate governance, and compliance initiatives

\n

• Support due diligence, litigation documentation, and strategic projects

\n

• Partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on domestic and international matters

\n

• Experience as a Corporate Paralegal within a public company environment preferred

\n

• Strong knowledge of SEC filings, corporate governance, and legal procedures

\n

• ESG, compliance, and international legal experience are a plus

\n
