Alternative Energy & Natural Gas Solutions Business Developer

Canyon Oilfield Services is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand our Natural Gas Conditioning and Alternative Energy Solutions division throughout Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico.

This position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with experience in the oil and gas industry who can connect with operators, drilling contractors, completion companies, and production teams looking to reduce fuel costs, improve efficiency, and lower emissions.

Our innovative field gas conditioning systems help customers utilize available natural gas resources while reducing diesel consumption and operating costs. Canyon continues to invest in alternative energy solutions that create measurable value for our customers. Based on Canyon's materials, the systems are designed to condition field pipeline gas for dual-fuel engines and can support operations utilizing up to 70% natural gas substitution.

What you Will Do

• Develop and grow customer relationships throughout Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico.
\n
• Identify new opportunities within drilling, completions, production, and midstream operations.
\n
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline.
\n
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
\n
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure customer success.
\n
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
\n
• Expand utilization of Canyon's Natural Gas Conditioning fleet and related energy solutions.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years of oilfield sales, business development, or energy industry experience preferred.
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
\n
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
\n
• Willingness to travel throughout Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico.
\n
• Existing oil and gas industry relationships are highly desirable.
\n

Bonus Structure

Earn additional compensation based on the number of active rental units placed and maintained in service. The more equipment on rent, the greater the earning potential.
