A well-established insurance defense firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated insurance coverage and bad faith matters with a firm that handles complex, high-value litigation for major insurance carriers.

The firm is part of a select group of 19 nationwide firms recognized for handling insurance bad faith defense matters, giving attorneys exposure to significant and sophisticated cases across the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Handle insurance coverage and bad faith defense matters from inception through resolution.
\n
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues.
\n
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
\n
• Conduct legal research, discovery, depositions, and case strategy.
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• California Bar admission in good standing
\n
• Strong experience in insurance coverage or Insurance Defense
\n
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
\n
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters
\n

Salary and Other Compensation:

\n

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $320,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
