  • \n
  • Develop and manage a disciplined pipeline of prospective ASC clients through outreach, relationship development, consistent follow-up, and market engagement.
  • \n
  • Understand each prospective center's anesthesia model, staffing challenges, case volume, OR utilization, service expectations, and financial and operational pain points.
  • \n
  • Position AAS's anesthesia management services around the needs of each ASC, including staffing reliability, provider continuity, operating room efficiency, patient care, service, and financial performance.
  • \n
  • Partner closely with AAS leadership, operations, recruiting, and clinical teams to evaluate opportunities and develop solutions that can be successfully delivered.
  • \n
\n

Build & Strengthen ASC Partnerships

\n
    \n
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with administrators and key decision-makers across AAS's existing ASC partnerships.
  • \n
  • Maintain regular communication with ASC leadership to understand why they choose AAS, what they value most about the partnership, and where we can provide additional support.
  • \n
  • Proactively collect feedback and insights regarding service, staffing, communication, operational needs, and overall partnership satisfaction.
  • \n
  • Serve as a relationship bridge between ASC partners and internal AAS teams, ensuring feedback is communicated and opportunities for improvement are addressed.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to increase the value AAS provides to each center and strengthen long-term client retention.
  • \n
  • Recognize opportunities for partnership expansion, additional services, introductions, and referrals.
  • \n
  • Help AAS continuously improve its value proposition by bringing the voice of the ASC customer back to leadership.
  • \n
  • Build relationships that position AAS not simply as an anesthesia provider, but as a trusted operational and clinical partner.
  • \n
\n

Represent AAS in the Market

\n
    \n
  • Travel locally and regionally to visit current and prospective ASC partners and maintain a consistent presence in the market.
  • \n
  • Represent AAS professionally within the ASC and anesthesia community.
  • \n
  • Gather market intelligence regarding ASC needs, competitor models, anesthesia coverage challenges, and regional growth opportunities.
  • \n
  • Provide leadership with regular visibility into pipeline activity, client feedback, relationship health, market trends, barriers, and growth opportunities.
  • \n
\n
