Litigation Attorney – Healthcare Defense
\nLocation- Remote (Barred in WA)
\nCompensation: Up-to $200k
\nA growing civil defense law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its team remotely in Washington. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong civil litigation experience who is looking for meaningful casework, professional growth, and a long-term career path.
\nThe attorney will handle a variety of complex defense matters, including healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, insurance defense, civil litigation, licensing matters, and professional liability cases.
\nThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys, handle significant responsibility, and continue developing litigation skills in a collaborative environment.
\nRoles & Responsibilities:

- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including healthcare defense, medical malpractice, professional liability, and insurance defense cases. \n
- Handle litigation activities including depositions, hearings, discovery, motions, summary judgment, and trial preparation. \n
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and litigation documents. \n
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and depositions throughout Western Washington. \n
- Work with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders on complex defense matters. \n
- Develop case strategies and collaborate with attorneys in a supportive team environment. \n
- Take ownership of matters while receiving mentorship and opportunities for long-term growth and partnership. \n
Salary and Other Compensation:
\nThe annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $200,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
