Associate Attorney, Insurance Litigation
\nLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid 1-2 days in office)
\nA highly regarded international litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Insurance practice in NYC! This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced leadership on complex, high-impact insurance matters within a collaborative and well-supported team environment.

\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Handle first-party and/or third-party insurance litigation and coverage disputes \n
- Analyze claims and prepare coverage opinion letters \n
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents \n
- Manage discovery, depositions, and hearing preparation/attendance \n
- Work directly with partners and senior attorneys on complex insurance matters \n
- Gain exposure to sophisticated litigation strategy and client interaction \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance litigation \n
- Experience with first-party and/or third-party property claims and coverage disputes \n
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills \n
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment \n
- Active California Bar membership required \n
