Certifications and Requirements- General Certifications: BLS/BCLS
- Allied Health Certifications: ARRT(CT)
Candidates must possess or obtain a current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license prior to the start of the assignment. All travelers must ensure licensure is completed upon acceptance of the offer.
Please note that no requests for time off will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract. A proof of flu vaccination, or an approved application for a medical or religious exemption, will be required before the contract start date. The flu vaccination can be administered during the employee health clearance appointment.
Qualifications- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital setting is mandatory.
- Ability to perform routine CT scans independently, following radiologist protocols.
- Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation is preferred.
- Experience in venipuncture and procedures such as MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging is a plus.
- Experience in performing biopsies or drainages, as well as vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke assessments is desirable.
