Positions: 1
Location: Louisville, KY
Setting: Hospital
Shift: 0700 to 1730, and call is every 4th weekend plus 4-5 other week night shifts within that same 4 week period
OT/Call back rate: $119.69/hour
License/Certifications required: RCIS or ARRT (VI), BLS
Experience required: Minimum 2 years of experience.
