Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to join our nursing team!

Schedule

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for a consistent night-shift schedule while working with a supportive team dedicated to providing quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Provide guidance and support to STNAs during the shift

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

• Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Commitment to providing excellent resident care
