Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Skyview | Wallingford, CT
$33–$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy Services is hiring a PTA at Skyview. You'll work with residents during short-term rehabilitation and longer-term skilled nursing care, helping them build the strength and movement skills needed for daily activities.
What You'll Do
Deliver therapy according to the supervising PT's treatment plan
Help residents practice walking, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
Adjust activities within the care plan to match residents' tolerance
Report changes in mobility or performance to the Physical Therapist
Document sessions and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
