Server

Sundial Beach Resort & Spa, located on tropical Sanibel Island, is seeking experienced Servers to join our team. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, take pride in their work, and have a positive influence in a team setting. Candidates must be hardworking, have a strong work-ethic, and be a responsible team player.

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve drinks and meals to guests in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner in all food and beverage outlets.  
• Suggestively sell menu and drink items and ensure that guests receive quality service throughout their visit.  
• Must have professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Work schedule will include evening, weekends and holidays.

Our compensation package includes an $5.63 hourly wage, PTO after 90 days, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, STD, 401k with company match, dining and travel discounts and paid tolls for Sanibel & Cape Coral!

 Required Skills:

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. as well as stand and walk frequently.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills required.
• Work schedule will include evening, weekends and holidays.
