Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center | North Andover, MA
$45–$48/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist at Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center. You'll work with residents after illness, injury, or a hospital stay to help them rebuild the skills needed for everyday routines.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents' ability to manage self-care and other daily activities
Set functional goals and provide individualized occupational therapy
Address upper body strength, coordination, and safe use of adaptive equipment
Update treatment plans as residents' needs and abilities change
Document care and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team
