LTC Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Harwich. Your work will connect rehabilitation goals with everyday tasks, helping residents regain skills or learn new approaches to caring for themselves.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents' functional abilities and develop individualized care plans
Provide treatment focused on daily living skills, strength, and coordination
Incorporate adaptive equipment and techniques when appropriate
Educate residents and caregivers on strategies for safer daily routines
Document outcomes and collaborate with nursing and fellow therapists
