Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management & Catering Internships

Michigan's Adventure is seeking students interested in Culinary Arts, Operations Management, Catering, and Food Safety& Sanitation for our Food & Beverage Internship Program. Gain hands-on experience in one of four career-focused areas while working alongside experienced food service leaders in a fast-paced amusement park environment.

This is an internship opportunity for spring and summer of 2027.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Arts Internship
  • Assist with food preparation
  • Assist with food presentation
  • Assist with kitchen operations
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Assist with maintaining quality and sanitation standards
• Catering Internship
  • Support catered events including corporate outings, group functions, and special events
  • Assist with event setup
  • Assist with service execution
  • Provide guest service during events
  • Assist with operational coordination
• Food & Beverage Operations Management Internship
  • Develop leadership skills by assisting with daily restaurant operations
  • Assist with staffing
  • Assist with scheduling
  • Assist with training new hires
  • Implement and monitor guest service initiatives
  • Assist with inventory control
