We’re growing our Residential New Construction and Retail installation teams with people who share that commitment.

Your impact

You’ll turn plans into reality—installing HVACR systems to specification, fabricating clean duct runs, and verifying performance so families can count on dependable comfort.

Key responsibilities
  • Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment in line with company standards and manufacturer requirements under general supervision.
  • Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct system checks; perform A/C start-ups when needed; confirm proper operation.
  • Identify installation issues and coordinate any necessary corrective repairs to ensure compliance and full functionality.
  • Document all work clearly and completely—accurate, neat, and on schedule.
  • Follow safety procedures consistently on every site.
  • Contribute to team success with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum
  • High school diploma or GED (experience may substitute).
  • Prior HVAC installation experience and ability to read installation plans/documents.
  • Effective English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Basic computer skills; able to work with a computer, laptop, or tablet.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work overtime with short notice; occasional weekend availability.
  • Practice of cleaning and maintaining the work area at completion.
Preferred
  • HVAC trade school certification.
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
  • EPA Certification.
Environment & conditions
  • Work primarily at occupied homes and active construction sites; minimal office time.
  • Drive to/from varying job locations each day.
  • Exposure to construction conditions: equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials, and odors.
  • Indoor/outdoor work across all weather (heat, rain, cold, wind) with proper PPE.
Physical capabilities
  • Lift or move up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Frequent climbing, bending at the waist, crawling, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Work at heights; climb ladders/stairs; occasional platform/scaffold tasks with fall protection.
  • Wear PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective vests, gloves, and safety-toe construction boots.
  • Stand, walk, or sit for extended durations.
  • Hear and distinguish speech/sounds to operate phones or equipment safely.
  • Normal or corrected vision for near, far, and peripheral focus with depth perception.
  • Clearly communicate information verbally to others.
  • Enter data on handheld devices or computers using a keyboard or 10-key.
  • Reach overhead; signal, grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull tools and materials.
