Financial Analyst

Crestfield Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Review revenue, expenses, and operating results
• Analyze financial performance and identify variances
• Assist with monthly reporting and internal financial updates
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams on reporting needs
• Help improve financial tracking and reporting processes

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to organize and interpret financial information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous finance, accounting, reporting, or business experience is preferred
