Holyoke | Holyoke, MA
$50–$55/hour | PRN
Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Holyoke. You'll help residents work through changes in their ability to manage daily activities, providing focused care when the rehab team needs additional coverage.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents' self-care skills and functional abilities
Set practical goals and provide individualized occupational therapy
Address dressing, bathing, upper body function, and safe daily routines
Recommend adaptive approaches or equipment when appropriate
Document progress and coordinate with nursing and fellow therapists
