Job Summary:

As a Day CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and daily living assistance to our residents. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing medication assistance and vital sign checks

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents

• Documenting resident care and progress

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to residents based on their unique needs and preferences

• Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and mobility

• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress

• Participate in resident care conferences and provide input on care plans

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
