Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation | Whitinsville, MA
$34–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy Services is hiring a PTA at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. You'll provide hands-on care for residents in a skilled nursing setting, helping them build on each therapy session as they work toward safer movement and greater independence.
What You'll Do
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Lead exercises and mobility activities suited to residents' goals
Help residents practice walking and transfers with appropriate assistive devices
Monitor activity tolerance and communicate changes to the PT
Complete treatment notes and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
