About this job
Job Description
Picture your day in Hubbard, TX: you roll into our Advanced Solutions rental facility, open the T3 platform, and see clear, organized work orders waiting. You review machine service intervals, line up parts, and head out to a customer site to keep critical power and climate systems online. By afternoon, you’re diagnosing a generator using live data, teaming up with another tech to set up HVAC gear, and closing the loop with thorough documentation—working smarter because our technology puts real-time information at your fingertips.
What You’ll Do- Repair and maintain a variety of Pump, Power & HVAC assets (power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution, commercial HVAC, and oil-free air compressors) with safety-first practices.
- Leverage laptops/tablets and T3 to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and speed diagnostics across hundreds of makes and models.
- Travel to customer job sites as a field mechanic to perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot failures in the shop and in the field; execute corrective actions efficiently.
- Independently or collaboratively set up and operate equipment at branch and customer locations.
- Train and mentor lower-level technicians as needed.
- Complete daily digital documentation (work orders) accurately and on time.
- Assist with the pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
- Apply knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred).
- Participate in year-round, company-provided OEM training and take on other duties as assigned.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; overtime paid after 40 hours. Role may include on-call assignments with additional compensation.
- Pay Range: $25/hr–$60/hr, based on experience.
- Per Diem: Eligible employees may receive per diem for qualifying travel assignments. Per diem amounts are determined by management based on the assignment, location, and travel requirements.
EquipmentShare pairs people-first values with cutting-edge tech. Our proprietary T3 platform streamlines your workflow so you can focus on excellent service and craftsmanship. Join a team of builders, fixers, and problem-solvers who take pride in meaningful work—and who are building something special together.
