Dental Hygienist
Join a Growing Community Practice Along the Mississippi River!

Our client is expanding their patient capacity to meet strong local demand, and is looking for a dedicated Hygienist to join them in bringing essential dental care to their vibrant, tight-knit town.

Position Overview & Schedule
- Role Type: Direct Hire (W2)
- Hours: Flexible (2 to 4 days per week / ~14 to 32 hours per week)
- Schedule Options:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (Hourly wage)

Key Responsibilities
- Chart restorations and lesions accurately, entering proposed treatment plans into patient records.
- Reduce bacterial load in the oral cavity for patients through high-quality preventative care.
- Review medical/health histories and record blood pressure.
- Perform instrument sterilization and assist with office duties.
- Communicate in a direct, friendly, and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate and support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active Iowa Dental Hygiene License (or eligible to obtain).
- Prior hygiene experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply—mentorship is available!
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to direct, friendly communication.
