LTC Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Worcester. You'll help residents regain skills and explore new ways to complete daily activities, with treatment guided by their goals and changing needs.
What You'll Do
Assess residents' self-care abilities and functional limitations
Build treatment plans focused on meaningful daily tasks
Provide therapy for upper body function, coordination, and activity tolerance
Introduce adaptive equipment and techniques when appropriate
Document outcomes and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
