Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time

LTC Therapy Services is seeking a COTA at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. You'll work directly with residents during short-term rehabilitation and longer-term skilled nursing care, helping them practice daily tasks with greater confidence.

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatment under the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care

• Practice dressing, grooming, and other self-care activities with residents

• Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use outlined in treatment plans

• Share observations about residents' abilities and progress with the OT

• Record treatment sessions and coordinate with nursing and fellow therapists

Qualifications
