The Greens at Erwin is seeking caring CNAs to join our clinical team on Day Shift from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Located in Erwin, Tennessee, The Greens at Erwin provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services with a focus on quality care, teamwork, and resident dignity.

Position Details

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift CNA Opportunities

• Every Other Weekend Rotation

• Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs

What You’ll Do

As a Day Shift CNA, you will work closely with our nursing team to provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to our residents throughout the day.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs

• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care based on each resident’s individual needs

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility

• Help maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being

• Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately

• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Assist residents during meals and daily activities as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide quality resident care

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus

• New CNAs are welcome – we are willing to train!

• Dependable and committed to providing quality resident care
