We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in the Des Moines metro area. We are specifically looking for part-time CNAs who are available for day shifts, afternoon shifts, and weekends.

CNA Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful personal care

• Assist with activities of daily living

• Support clients/residents with mobility and daily routines

• Monitor and report changes in condition

• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

• Follow care plans and established procedures

• Medication reminders

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• 1+ year of CNA experience preferred (home care, nursing home, hospital, or assisted living)
• Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to follow written and verbal care plan instructions
  Must be able to confidently read, write, and understand spoken English
