$34–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy Services is looking for a PTA for a skilled nursing facility in Worcester. You'll help residents put their recovery goals into practice, providing treatment that supports safer movement during everyday activities.
What You'll Do
Provide therapy under plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Coach residents through exercises, walking, and transfer training
Monitor fatigue, comfort, and performance during treatment
Share changes and progress with the PT and nursing team
Maintain accurate records of treatment and resident responses
