LTC Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Sharon. You'll help residents find ways to participate in daily routines as they recover or adapt to changing abilities, using their priorities to guide care.
What You'll Do
Assess residents' self-care skills and identify barriers to independence
Create individualized treatment plans with practical, measurable goals
Address dressing, bathing, coordination, and upper body function
Teach adaptive techniques and recommend equipment suited to residents' needs
Review progress, document treatment, and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team
