Job Description
Location: Loveland, CO
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (four 10s)
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Picture your Monday morning: you clock in with a tight-knit crew at a well-established Loveland fabrication shop. By mid-morning, you’re laying precise MIG beads on heavy structural members. After lunch, you switch to Flux Core and Dual Shield work, executing clean, uphill weave passes that meet demanding bridge construction code standards. The projects are big—bridges and custom architectural steel—and the team around you is as committed to quality and safety as you are.
What You’ll Work On- Precision MIG welding on structural steel components for production and custom builds
- Flux Core and Dual Shield welding on large-scale structures
- Uphill flux core weave welds that comply with bridge construction code requirements
- Hands-on MIG welding experience (required)
- Confidence working with structural steel and following weld specifications
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Enjoy a 4-day work week—long weekends, every week
