 is hiring an Automotive Reconditioning Technician to join our Collision Center team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in the finished product, and wants to build hands-on skills in cosmetic vehicle repair and reconditioning.

You’ll work on a variety of vehicles, helping with paint touch-up, wheel repair, paintless dent repair, interior repair, and other cosmetic reconditioning work for dealership inventory and customers.

Previous body shop, detailing, dealership, or reconditioning experience is a plus, but it is not required. We’re open to candidates with strong customer service, dealership, repair coordination, or estimating experience, including similar backgrounds in RV, Marine, Powersports, and other service or repair industries.

What You'll Do:

• Perform vehicle reconditioning and cosmetic repair work
• Assist with paint touch-up, wheel repair, paintless dent repair, and interior repairs
• Recondition used vehicles for dealership inventory and resale
• Complete cosmetic repairs for Service Department customers as needed
• Work closely with the Collision Center Manager, Service team, and dealership Sales Departments to help move vehicles through the reconditioning process as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Maintain quality standards and a clean, organized work area

What We're Looking For:

• Body shop, vehicle detailing, dealership, or automotive reconditioning experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in RV, Marine, Powersports, paint/body, detailing, or other related repair industries is also welcome
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable and dependable
• Willing to learn new repair and reconditioning techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards

No Reconditioning Experience? We Can Train the Right Person.

Experience with paint touch-up, wheel repair, paintless dent repair, interior repair, automotive detailing, body work, or cosmetic vehicle repair is a plus, but not required.
