Hands-On Experience in Construction, Carpentry, Remodeling, Maintenance, or Related Trades Preferred

is looking for a dependable Shutter Installer to join our team installing custom shutters and storm-protection products throughout the Grand Strand and surrounding coastal communities.

This is a full-time, year-round position, not seasonal work. Because we work with custom, high-end products in customers’ homes and businesses, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, presents themselves professionally, and can be counted on to show up prepared and on time.

You don’t need previous shutter installation experience to be successful here. Training is provided on the job, and we’re happy to teach the right person who is comfortable using tools, willing to learn, and committed to doing quality work.

What You'll Do:

• Install, measure, fit, level, and secure interior and exterior shutters to company and customer specifications
• Load, transport, unload, and handle materials, tools, and equipment safely
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment properly
• Inspect completed work, test operation, and correct any issues before leaving the job site
• Protect customer property and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors
• Follow company safety procedures, installation standards, and workplace policies
• Assist with warehouse duties, material preparation, loading, and unloading as needed
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work

What We're Looking For:

• Installation, construction, carpentry, handyman, or similar experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to safely and properly use common hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials, tools, and equipment required for installations
• Comfortable working on ladders and in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance and practice good personal hygiene when representing the company at customer homes and businesses
• Ability to work safely in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Construction or remodeling
• Carpentry
• Window and door installation
• Cabinets, millwork, or siding
• Home improvement or maintenance
• Handyman or other installation work

You should be comfortable working indoors and outdoors, using tools, taking accurate measurements, working from ladders, and traveling to job sites throughout the local service area.
