Job Description & Requirements

- Shift: 10 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
- Shift: Days, 4x10s, typically 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Call: Required — approximately 8 days/month, including 1 weekend/month; 30-minute response time
- Weekend: Every 3rd weekend; approximately 5–6 weekend shifts per contract
- Experience: 1+ year required; first-time travelers accepted
- EMR: Cerner
- Floating: Required — 1 week at CAMC General, sister facility 2 miles away
- Unit: Interventional Vascular Radiology; peripheral angiography/venography, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid stenting, neuro-intervention, acute stroke, and embolization. Average daily census 7–10.
- Certifications: ARRT required — ARRT only, no RCIS; BLS required. Vascular Intervention certification preferred
- License: WV state license required; pending license may be submitted but must be active before start
- Radius Rule: 100-mile radius — permanent residence must be 100+ miles from facility. Candidates 75–100 miles may be considered case-by-case
- Hours: 40 hrs/week
- Trauma: Level IV Trauma Center
- Scrubs: Blue surgical scrubs provided by hospital
