About who needs care: She is currently in a nursing home that is expensive and wants to be in a home environment shes in a wheelchair and can get around with the chair but needs assistance to and from the chair and bed and also restroom duties such as changing and getting dressed About the care needs: My mother is a smoker she smokes cigarettes like a freight train Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
