Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My mom is disabled and primarily uses a wheelchair for mobility. My dad had been her caretaker but he is now in rehab due to a recent fall. We are looking for someone to help her get in and out of her wheelchair, to and from bed, to and from the toilet, help with dressing and assistance with bathing. Other assistance could include preparing food, cleaning up and medication management. About the care needs: My mom is not very social and prefers time to watch TV and read alone. We would like someone that can help when needed but respect her need for space. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
