Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking to find a dependable sitter for our two children so my wife and I can go on date nights once a month. We would be very thorough on background checks, sex offender registry checks, general nurture towards children. It is all very important. We are willing to pay a good rate for top quality care. We would like to do a trial run with us at home and the babysitter watching our children so we can feel comfortable with it. We look forward to building an established babysitter relationship with a trust led individual and would only accept women sitters. no men.
