Babysitter - Now Hiring

We just had our first baby and are potentially browsing for someone that can help starting around February. I do work from home but am looking for someone to potentially help since I take lots of meetings. We do have two dogs, a boxer/pit bull mix and a German shepherd. I am looking for someone to help take care of our baby during the day when I have meeting heavy days. Playing with her, feeding her, changing her, and even taking her out and about.
