Curd Prep - Part Time

General Purpose:

To provide efficient service by preparing for and bagging curd

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bag Curd in wrap area
• Stamp curd bags for next day production
• Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
