Physical Therapist - Travel Contract - Now Hiring

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient and manual therapy settings is required.
• New graduates are not eligible for this assignment.

Assignment Details

• Flexible schedule options include 5x8s, 4x10s, or 9x80s.
• No weekend shifts.
• Setting: Outpatient manual therapy practice.
• EMR: Prompt, including AI functionality with auto-dictation.
• Caseload includes 1:1 patient care with 45-minute sessions.
• Productivity expectation is 50 patients per week.
• Patient mix includes post-op, neuro, and pelvic cases, with no pediatrics.
• Business casual dress code. Jeans are allowed on Fridays. No scrubs.

Location Highlights

Fairbanks offers access to Alaska’s interior with outdoor recreation and cultural attractions in every season. Denali National Park is about 2 hours south by road, and Chena River runs through the city with boating, fishing, and riverside trails. Chena Hot Springs is roughly 60 miles east of Fairbanks, and the University of Alaska Museum of the North provides year-round exhibits on Arctic science, art, and history.
