Average Up to $1,531 per Week - $5,000 Loyalty Bonus

Home Weekly - Comprehensive Benefits

Pay, Home Time & More:

• Average up to $1,531 weekly
• Solo miles pay: 60 CPM with 2,220 - 2,500 miles per week
• Solo stops pay: $26.00 per stop with 15 - 20 stops per week
• Per Diem pay: $40.00 per night with 1 - 2 nights per week
• $5,000 loyalty bonus
• Pays you $2,500 at 6 months
• Pays you $2,500 at 1 year
• Route: Regional
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start time: 4:00 AM average dispatch window
• Deliver solo to: NE, KS, MI, IL, MO
• Tractor Type: Sleeper
• Trailer Type: Dry van 31'-53', some with liftgates
• Equipment: Electric pallet jack
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Touch - hardware
• Endorsements: HAZMAT - within 90 days of hire
• We reimburse cost to obtain endorsements and provide training
• Driver must be dependable

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
• HAZMAT endorsement within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
