About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and managing the nursing team on weekends, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of patient care

• Assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and documenting patient outcomes

• Monitoring and maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
