We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Calla ABA Therapy in Concord, North Carolina, United States. About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in our team's mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and young adults. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral plans and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior, progress, and treatment modifications
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
• Assisting with training and supporting other team members as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client services

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of ABA course work and 40 hours of RBT training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
