We're looking for a self-motivated, confident nursing leader who can bring structure, consistency, and strong communication to the department while building a team that delivers exceptional care.
This isn't a leadership role for someone who wants to manage solely from an office.
We need a leader who can set expectations, develop employees, stay composed under pressure, manage competing priorities, and jump in alongside the team when needed.
If you're an experienced LPN leader who enjoys building strong teams and creating clinical systems that work, we'd like to meet you.

Strong Clinical FoundationYou'll serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, and associates. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage resident assessments, care planning, medication oversight, changes in condition, documentation, and clinical follow-through.
Exceptional CommunicationThis position requires someone who can communicate effectively with residents, families, associates, physicians, providers, and community leadership.
You'll need to handle difficult conversations professionally, communicate expectations clearly, and make sure important information doesn't fall through the cracks.
A Leader Who Creates StructureWe're looking for someone who can evaluate the department, identify opportunities, and establish the processes and accountability needed for the team to succeed.
You should be comfortable leading change, setting expectations, coaching employees, and following through.

You'll:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Health & Wellness department

Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop clinical team members

Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and changes
Manage multiple clinical and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and clinical standards

Partner closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team

Current LPN license in good standing
Previous nursing experience
Strong core clinical and resident-assessment skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
Strong organization and ability to multitask
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure
Flexibility and willingness to support the team when needs change
Willingness to participate in required on-call and rotating weekend responsibilities
Previous Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living experience
Previous Director of Nursing, Health & Wellness Director, Resident Care Director, or similar nursing leadership experience
Experience managing and developing nursing and caregiving teams
Experience building or improving department processes and structure
Knowledge of senior living compliance and survey readiness

Are a self-starter who doesn't need to wait for someone to tell you what needs attention
Communicate clearly and proactively
Can bring organization and structure to a busy department
Lead employees with both support and accountability
Work well under pressure without losing sight of priorities
Can confidently manage several competing needs at once
Follow through on commitments and expect your team to do the same

This is an opportunity for the right nurse leader to have a visible impact on the clinical department and the team around them.
We're looking for someone whose leadership can create structure, strengthen communication, develop associates, and help the department operate at a consistently high level.
You'll have the opportunity to bring your experience and ideas to the table while partnering with community and regional leadership to continue strengthening resident care.
If you enjoy developing people, solving problems, creating processes, and seeing the results of your leadership, this could be an excellent next step.
