About the Role:

As a Housekeeper with our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping chores in resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and bedrooms

• Clean common areas of the facility, including hallways, stairwells, and common rooms

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout designated areas

• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times

• Remove trash and soiled linens, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to quality and customer service

• Learn how to operate laundry equipment

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be reliable and able to keep to a schedule

• May need to work a varied schedule as requested

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must meet all applicable Washington State requirements for employment in an assisted living facility.

• Must successfully complete required DSHS/Washington State background screening.

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
