A well-established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead and oversee the admissions process at one of its skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities.

This leadership role is responsible for driving census growth, building strong referral relationships, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience for residents and their families.

• Lead and oversee the daily admissions process

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources

• Drive census growth through effective referral and outreach strategies

• Review referrals and coordinate admissions with clinical and administrative teams

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of admissions documentation

• Track admissions activity, referral trends, and census performance

• Lead, coach, and support admissions team members

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and payer requirements

• Partner with facility leadership to support overall occupancy and business goals
