• Must have previous Staffing Coordinator experience

• Creating work rotations and schedules using staffing software

• Tracking open positions for recruitment

• Answering phones and dealing with callers

• Managing timekeeper software

• Ensuring shifts are fully staffed

• Tracking attendance and lateness

• Processing mail and emails

• Database management
