Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position available in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This role involves providing specialized technical support in a high-acuity cardiac catheterization laboratory environment. The technologist will assist with advanced cardiovascular procedures, utilizing modern equipment and adhering to hospital-specific policies to ensure optimal patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certified as a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, proficient in cardiovascular procedures such as PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP, TAVR, and atherectomy, with certifications in ACLS and BLS. Education requirements include relevant technical certification or Degree, with a minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with structural heart procedures, IFR, FFR, and implantable devices, along with familiarity with GE Innova and Impella equipment.
- Additional Information: The role requires self-scheduling within the department, adherence to unit-specific policies, and the ability to work with advanced cardiovascular technologies. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, offering a dynamic environment for skilled professionals.
