Babysitter Needed

Seeking a babysitter near Richmond for 1 child. 10 yo boy. He is fairly independent and can keep himself occupied. He needs someone to supervise him to clean his room and keep it organized. Single dad working two jobs here so I can't do it all. Hoping you can start within weeks! Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. We do have pets, so please consider that when applying. After school duties include homework help when needed- he doesn't usually have homework, but he does need reading practice with someone.
