Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Winston Salem. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and who is CPR certified. My daughter is non verbal and is autistic. I would need the care from 10/14/2026 to 10/16/2026. I need to go out of town for a business meeting and my father that normally watches her is having surgery and will not be able to. She would need to be taken to school and picked up as well.
