Babysitter Needed for my Children

We have a newborn baby. This is our first child, and we are in our 40s. We are looking for someone to support us during night shifts so we can maintain our sleep balance. We have two dogs that roam freely, so you need to be comfortable around them. Being our first time, we would love to learn how to do this well and create a good sleep cycle for the baby.
