Birch Agency is currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based opportunities throughout the Southeast. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with opportunities ranging from longer-term assignments to temporary leave coverage.

• Tampa, FL 33601 Two elementary school leave coverage positions:

  • NovemberDecember 2026

  • December 2026first week of February 2027

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services aligned with student needs and IEP goals.

• Conduct evaluations and monitor student progress.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

• Support students' academic, social, and communication development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.

• ASHA certification or eligibility is a plus

• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply where applicable.

• School-based experience is a plus
