Pharmacy Technician | $23-$25/hr + OT at 1.5x

What You'll Do

• Contact patients to schedule medication refills and deliveries
• Process prescriptions and refill requests
• Verify insurance and payment information
• Update patient records accurately
• Coordinate with pharmacists, nurses, and healthcare providers
• Track medication orders and shipments
• Provide excellent customer service and support

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty pharmacy experience
• Patient access or reimbursement experience
• Prior authorization knowledge
• Call center experience
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pharmacy or healthcare systems

Hybrid Model:

• 2 days onsite
• 3 days remote

Pay:

• $21-$25/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk Grove Village, IL.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
